Shipping

Shipping Options:

To help keep shipping costs affordable, small sticker and print orders are shipped via USPS

First Class letter mail (no tracking) for both domestic and international orders. These are sent in stamped envelopes without tracking.

Orders that include larger items or bulkier products will be shipped with tracking in padded or rigid mailers.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Tracking will be included depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • For Domestic US orders: 1-2 weeks delivery

  • For International orders: 2-4 weeks delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays).

But please note that once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Mr. Tiny Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages during transit. If any issues arise, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Order changes & Cancellation

We do not accept order changes once an order has been placed. 

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at mr.tinystudio@gmail.com with your name and order number. We do not accept cancellations once an order is marked as “shipped” or “fulfilled”.  

Import Taxes

International customers will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

Lost Package

Mr. Tiny Studio is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are responsible for your package only up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.

We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.

We are unable to track untracked sticker-mail and are not responsible for lost orders.

Returns or Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once an order is packed and shipped, I may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests.

Do you offer returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there's something wrong with your item, please send an email to: mr.tinystudio@gmail.com
